Control Panel note: | The worst web hosting I had. I was with 1plan host since 2001. They are on and Off in times and the problem is that you can not get to talk to some one. I have two websites hosted with them (UNFORTUNATELY). Both my websites were down for 9 days and I was not able to find a way to communicate with them. Their phone number wold not lead to anything, even their own website was down. I even thought they are out of business (no surprise) and looking for ways to transfer to another company. one of my site are up now, but still can not get a hold of any one. The other site is still down.
They are really messed up. I am currently searching to switch to another company and get rid of 1planhost.

Control Panel note: | Our site has been messed up since the April 15, 2006 fiasco of a server migration or "Black Saturday" as I call it now. Countless emails, trouble tickets, phone calls and messages and chat messages have been sent. You can not reach anyone.
We have always had on and off trouble with email over the years. Sometimes it may take up to a day for an email with an attachment to be received by a recipient but before this new company took over, a simple email or support ticket could temporarily solve our problem. I am beyond aggravated with them at this point and will be pulling all accounts with them. I hope that my message helps others avoid the headaches and heartaches I have endured over the past 4 weeks.
